Gorgonzola, 150 g
Gorgonzola is one of the most known Italian cheeses in the world with a blue mould. First produced in the eponymous city of Gorgonzola (Lombardy). It has slightly earthy flavour with nutty notes. Brie is moderately spicy, buttery, creamy, with a long-lasting light peppercorns after-taste. It pairs perfectly with brut sparkling wine.
